Our Staff

Our Experienced Team

Established in 1981, we are a Friendly, Family-Run Residential Care Home for Older Persons, focused on Person-Centred care.

At present we have a further three members of staff who have been with us for more than fifteen years, including our care coordinator Tracie. Several other staff have served many years of continuous employment at The Grange.

This ensures a continuity of care for our residents and means that the family environment is enhanced by the fact that the use of agency staff is extremely rare.

We are a happy home that people seem to warm to, giving care where needed and respect always. In testament to the care we provide, we have some current residents that have, in turn, had relations and friends as previous residents.

We have always operated with a higher than standard number of staff on duty. All staff have up to date certified training.

Our staff are our most valuable commodity. Whilst full certified training is given, our rigorous recruitment process begins with finding people with a genuine caring nature.
